Who Nose dope?
This course is tailored for narcotic investigators, interdiction officers, and dedicated patrol officers eager to enhance their skills with a K9 team. We will cover how to effectively integrate the dog into your investigations, how K9 teams can advance investigative techniques, and the advantages they offer. You will gain insights into the functioning of a dog's sense of smell and learn to create more effective plans while maintaining realistic expectations during street deployments.
Prerequisites
*Law Enforcement who are interested in having a better understanding of what a k9 team can do for you and your investigations from start to finish.
Schedule
*The schedule for this course is one- 4 hour day with powerpoint presentations and hands-on application/scenarios.
