Confidential INformants- Develop/Manage Course $250
This course aims to equip law enforcement and military personnel assigned to units that interact with confidential informants on a daily basis with the latest information. It will cover the dos and don'ts, as well as the positive and negative aspects of working with confidential informants. Participants will gain insight into the significance of utilizing Confidential Informants while adhering to lesser-known but crucial laws that impact daily operations.
Topics to be Covered
- How to locate, recruit, select, develop, manage, document and much more when it comes to Confidential informants.
Schedule
*The normal schedule for this course is one- 8 hour day with powerpoint presentations and hands-on application/scenarios.
*TCOLE hours will be reported by TNOA (Texas Narcotic Officer's Association)
Prerequisites
*Law Enforcement/Military who have investigative duties related to handling confidential informants.
