Josh Domer
Conference Coordinator
- Josh Domer currently serves as a Detective in the Criminal Investigations Division of the Katy Police Department.
- Originally from Geronimo, Texas, Josh is a 2013 graduate of Navarro High School. He went on to attend the Alamo Area Council of Governments Law Enforcement Academy in San Antonio, graduating in 2016. Soon after, he began his career with the Katy Police Department, where he spent two and a half years on Evening Shift Patrol before being promoted to Detective at just 24 years old. He now also serves as the department’s TXGANG Administrator.
- Over the past seven years, Josh has led and supported a wide range of investigations in partnership with local, state, and federal agencies—including the U.S. Secret Service, HSI, DEA, FBI, ATF, USMS, DPS CID, Texas Rangers, Houston PD, Harris County SO, and Fort Bend County SO. His casework has included property crimes, financial crimes, narcotics, human trafficking, firearms trafficking, bulk cash smuggling, robbery, and kidnapping.
- Josh is widely respected across jurisdictions for his professionalism, collaborative mindset, and ability to build lasting partnerships within the law enforcement and public safety communities.
- Josh has completed over 400 hours of formal narcotics and gang training and holds the following certifications:

- -Basic TCOLE Instructor
- -TCOLE Firearms Instructor
- -Vehicle Containment Techniques
