Brandon Smith
Director/Instructor
Brandon Smith was raised in a law enforcement family, with both of his parents serving over 35 years in the profession. Growing up, he initially aspired to become a sports coach, hoping to guide young athletes on the courts and fields.
While attending Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, Brandon discovered that his true calling was in law enforcement—a field deeply rooted in his upbringing. In 2009, he joined the same police department where his parents had proudly served.
Since February 2014, Brandon has served as an Organized Crime Detective in Central Texas, focusing on Prostitution, Narcotics, Gangs, and Gambling investigations.

Throughout his career, Brandon has collaborated with multiple federal and state agencies—including the DEA, FBI, HSI, ICE, and U.S. Marshals Service—resulting in successful city, state, and federal prosecutions across the United States.
